3. Vendor and organizer content

You retain rights to content you submit (vendor profiles, event listings, opportunity descriptions, messages). You grant EventLoop a non-exclusive license to host and display that content solely to operate the service.

4. Transactions between users

EventLoop connects vendors and organizers but is not a party to any booking, payment, or contract between them. You are responsible for your own commitments, insurance, permits, and tax obligations.

5. Moderation and termination

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. You can close your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee attendance, sales, application approval, or event outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EventLoop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
